Insurance Information

DocOnWheels (954) 889-MYDOC

DocOnWheels is a Cash/Credit only discounted physician house call service that will treat you from the comfort of your own home  on weekends and weekdays, and after hours.

This service is not to replace the care of your primary care physician, rather complement an aid in your care at a reasonably priced rate, when your private doctor cannot fit you in their schedule. Why spend it waiting in the Emergency Department?

Will my insurance accept DocOnWheels receipts?

The number of insurance companies that accept home physicians visits is continuing to increase as they see the advantages and savings home visits offer to their clients as well as themselves, but check with your insurance company if you are considering submitting DocOnWheels receipts.

DocOnWheels does not use insurance codes. DocOnWheels doctors can afford to lower their fees for you because they do not incur the costs associated with coding and billing, and office overhead. Insurance codes also represent a higher price than DocOnWheels. If your high deductible policy or medical savings account requires coding, you might not be able to use DocOnWheels for your visit. You might still be able to use these receipts for income tax purposes due for the IRS. We recommend that patients use DocOnWheels for routine health care costs and then only submit claims toward their deductible for larger items. Also be aware of any contractual obligations that might require your provider to bill your insurance company before collecting from you.
